Terms of Service

1. The service

Ordeum Mind offers AI software subscriptions for research, writing, coding, documents, data analysis and automation. Models, connectors and features vary by plan, account settings and availability. Features may change or be unavailable.

Purchases cover Ordeum’s own software services. We do not collect payments for third-party sellers or provide peer-to-peer transfers, brokerage or custody. Shared work cannot collect payments from viewers.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and access only authorized accounts. You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher legal minimum age to use Ordeum. Provide your accurate age during initial account setup; users under 18 are not eligible for the service. Organizational use requires authority to act for that organization.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain your content rights. You permit Ordeum and its AI and technical providers to process, store and transmit content only to deliver requested services and fulfill the security and legal purposes in our Privacy Policy. This grants neither ownership nor unrestricted staff access. Human access follows our Privacy Policy.

Submit only information you have the right to provide. You may use outputs subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Outputs may resemble those given to others; uniqueness and intellectual-property protection are not guaranteed.

4. Connected services and Agent actions

External connections are optional and require your authorization. Connecting Google for sign-in is separate from granting Gmail or Drive access. Available connectors are shown in your settings. The permissions you grant and your conversation’s approval settings determine which supported actions Agent can take. Our Privacy Policy describes optional Google connections and their data use.

Tools act within supported permissions. Review permissions and requested approvals, and choose appropriate accounts, repositories, files and destinations. Third-party terms and availability also apply.

Disconnect in settings or revoke access at the provider. This does not erase saved conversations or outputs; see the Privacy Policy for deletion options.

5. Check important results

AI can be wrong or produce faulty code and files. Verify important claims against original sources and review outputs before use. They do not replace qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, or justify significant decisions about people on their own.

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. It prohibits pornographic and sexually explicit content intended primarily for sexual gratification, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, illegal activity, fraud, malicious cyber activity and other abusive uses.

These rules apply to conversations, tool actions, uploaded files, and content or apps you share. Do not bypass authentication, approval requirements, usage limits or safety controls. Our Safety & permissions page explains supported checks and review options.

7. Plans, credits and availability

Our pricing page describes available plans and credits. Check your price, usage allowance, renewal and purchase terms before paying. Account limits apply. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers cancellation, generally non-refundable subscriptions, unused paid top-up refunds and exceptions. Contact support for billing help. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

Credits measure Ordeum usage, not a bank balance, investment or payment method for other merchants. Gift and invitation codes grant their stated plans or credits. The refund policy distinguishes purchased and complimentary credits.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results. Keep independent copies of important files. Beta features may change; no service-level or permanent availability guarantee is created.

8. Ending use and responsibility

You may stop using Ordeum, disconnect providers or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or end access for reasonably suspected violations of these terms, our use policy or law, security risks, or applicable non-payment. Where appropriate, we provide notice and a support contact.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without guaranteed fitness for every purpose. Review outputs and authorized actions. Non-excludable rights, warranties and liabilities remain unchanged.

9. Changes and support

We may revise these terms and update the date above. Material changes are communicated through the service or an appropriate account contact channel. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and request deletion.

10. Governing law

Singapore law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or rights where you live.

11. Geographic and sanctions restrictions

Ordeum is unavailable where use would violate laws, sanctions, export controls or restrictions applicable to Ordeum or its providers. Do not evade these restrictions or act for a person or organization in violation of them.

We may restrict service or payments for jurisdictions, individuals or entities as required by law or our payment, infrastructure or other providers. Availability may change with those requirements.
