Credits cover model and tool usage. Usage varies by model and task, so credits don't map to a fixed number of messages.

Window and weekly limits

To keep capacity reliable, window and weekly limits apply together and reset automatically.

Daily refill on Free

On the Free plan, your balance refills to 600 credits every day on Singapore time.

Questions

Credits cover model calls and tool use inside Ordeum. Different models and tasks use different amounts, so credits don't map to a fixed number of messages.

A window limit caps the credits you can use in a period (for example 24 hours); the weekly limit caps the week's total. Both apply together and reset automatically, so capacity stays reliable at peak times.

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel in billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

No. Top-up credits never expire and never auto-renew.

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, subject to legal rights. Eligible unused paid top-up credits can be refunded in proportion to the original payment; complimentary credits have no cash value. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
