2. How this policy applies

We consider the content, context, purpose and likely effect of a request when applying this policy. A stated purpose or user approval does not exempt prohibited content or activity from these rules.

3. Tools, external actions and sharing

Access only authorized systems, accounts, data and files. Tool use and external actions require appropriate permissions and any necessary approval. Do not bypass authentication, safety controls, approvals or usage limits. Authorization does not permit unlawful action.

These rules also cover code, documents, uploads and shared apps. Check content and access settings before sharing; never distribute prohibited material.

4. Enforcement and review

Depending on a violation’s nature, severity and repetition, we may warn, block or limit requests, restrict sharing, remove access to prohibited material, or suspend or terminate accounts. A warning or passed check does not permit prohibited use. We may preserve or disclose information as required by law, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Automated checks can miss violations or flag legitimate requests. Appeal eligible decisions in your Security center. For other errors or misuse, contact support@ordeum.ai with the relevant link or record identifier. Do not send passwords, API keys or copies of illegal material. See Safety & permissions for how our controls work.
